We can't say enough good things about Michele Power. She took our medical malpractice case when no one else in Alaska could handle it. Whitney did an excellent job working on the injury case I was involved in. She was very responsive and explained everything in a manner I could understand. She was also very honest about the odds of a favorable outcome. In the end she did get the maximum settlement possible, but I would recommend her even if the outcome was different.

I don’t even know where to begin! I was involved in an accident back on 11/11/2021. I originally hired a different law firm, but after about a year and a few months I decided to part ways with them. After thinking my case was all but dead, I gave power & power a call. I spoke to Whitney, laid out all the details of the case, informed her the previous lawyers weren’t able to accomplish much, yet they were still more than happy to take on the case.

I called POWER &POWER!!! I spoke with Michelle Power. she was sympathetic, kind , caring. She understood that the statute of limitations was coming up with in days. she excepted my case on that phone call. (she told me ,she did not feel it was a loosing case, of course, nothing is guaranteed.)that put my mind at easy. I met Whitney Power the day of the mediation.
